Cancellation Policy, please read thoroughly:
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the check in date and time.
Check in time is 12:00 PM. Rooms cancelled 48 hours prior will be charged $5.00 total per room reserved. (Multiple days are excluded) i.e. one room reserved for 5 consecutive days, would be charged 5.00 dollars total.
No Show's and Rooms cancelled under 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the full daily rate + tax, per room reserved. (Multiple consecutive days are excluded).
To cancel a reservation please contact us via email at reservations@motelnine.com and you will receive an email confirmation with a cancellation number.
When cancelling a reservation, all we need is the date of arrival, and your name -- your confirmation number is helpful but not required.
